Hans Jacob Debes


Hans Jacob Debes - writer and university teacher from Faroe Islands. He was born on July 17, 1940 in Gjógv and died on January 26, 2003 in Tórshavn. He graduated from the University of Copenhagen, the University of Iceland. He was awarded the Faroese Literature Prize.
