Harby Sangha


Harby Sangha is an Indian actor, comedian and a singer. He started his professional career as a comedian in 2004 and became actor with film Asan Nu Maan Watna Da. He is famous for appearing primarily in supporting roles in the Punjabi cinema.

Early life

He was born in  a village called Sangha Jagir in Nakodar, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Harby completed his primarily education from Mount Litera Zee School, Punjab, India and later he completed his college education from DAV College, Nakodar, Punjab, India. He was keen interested in acting and comedy since his school days that's why he used to participate in many comedy plays during his school & college life and won many prizes in college.

Family

Sangha was born to father Sawran Singh and mother Pritam Kaur. He married with Simran Sangha, later the couple was blessed with a daughter Sukhleen Sangha and son Ekam Sangha.

Career

Sangha started his early career as a comedian. Before becoming a comedian, he worked as a compounder. He was introduced by the renowned punjabi actor Gurpreet Singh Waraich, commonly known as Gurpreet Ghuggi in the Punjabi TV and film industry. In 2001, he was first featured on Gurpreet Ghuggi television show Ghuggi De Barati in the song Khali Mudi Barat.
Harby usually plays comedy roles in the movies. He has appeared in the Punjabi TV serials like ‘Yug Badal Gaya’ and ‘Dina’. His notable work includes films like ‘Carry On Jatta’, ‘Romeo Ranjha’, ‘Laavaan Phere’, ‘Nikka Zaildar 2′, Qismat’, ‘Aate Di Chidi’, ‘Parahuna’, etc.
