Harshita Gaur


Harshita Gaur is an Indian actress who rose to fame with her youth-based show Sadda Haq, in which she played the lead role of Sanyukta Agarwal.

Early life and career

Harshita started off her career as a model. After her modeling stint, she made her television debut with Sadda Haq and gained immense popularity amongst youths. She has performed in many commercials, including Dabur Vatika hair oil, Garnier light cream, and Sunsilk. Her latest commercial ad is for Renault Kwid. In 2018, she was roped in for the role of 'dimpy' in Amazon prime web series Mirzapur and was highly praised for her performance.

Personal life

Harshita was born in New Delhi to a family of doctors. She completed her studies in engineering from Amity University, Noida before stepping into acting. In spite of being an engineer by degree, she was always inclined to become an actor. Harshita is also a trained Kathak dancer and has done stage shows across India. She was an active participant in drama and creative societies during her school and college days. While she was still pursuing her engineering studies, she got an offer from Sadda Haq, and she managed to act while finishing her studies.
