Heinz Peter Volkert


Heinz Peter Volkert - jurist and politician from Germany. He was born on October 22, 1933 in Koblenz and died on April 23, 2013 in Koblenz. He graduated from the University of Luxembourg, the Aix-Marseille University, the University of Bonn, the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, the University of Freiburg, the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. He was awarded the Legion of Honour, the Knight Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, the French Order of Academic Palms.
