Helio Jaguaribe


Helio Jaguaribe - Brazilian sociologist, writer and economist. He was born on April 23, 1923 in Rio de Janeiro and died on September 9, 2018 in Rio de Janeiro. He graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. He was awarded the Ordem do Mérito Cultural, the Honorary Doctorate of University of Buenos Aires.
