Herman Badillo Bilingual Academy is an elementary school in Buffalo, New York. It is located at 315 Carolina Street and serves Grades PK through 8. The current principal is Mrs. Kathryn Foy, and the current assistant principals are Mrs. Maria Cala, Mr. Matthew Pegg, and Mrs. Elizabeth Kuras.History
The school is named for Herman Badillo. It began as a community school and now houses bilingual elementary students. It is one of two elementary schools in the city devoted to bilingual/ELL learners.The school has a community partnership with Frontier High School.
