Herz Frank


Herz Frank - Latvian–Soviet–Israeli documentary filmmaker. He was born on January 17, 1926 in Ludza and died on March 3, 2013 in Jerusalem. He was awarded the Order of the Three Stars, the Nika Award, the Order of the Badge of Honour.
