Honeylet Avanceña
Cielita "Honeylet" Salvador Avanceña is a Filipina businesswoman and former nurse. She is the current partner of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte. Avanceña and Duterte have been in a relationship since at least 1996 and have a daughter named Veronica.
Avanceña worked as a nurse in the United States for four years. She returned to Davao shortly after her daughter was born in 2004.
She joined her partner's presidential campaign in Luzon during the 2016 elections.
She was crowned Miss Davao Doctors College in 1988, and was first runner-up in the Mutya ng Dabaw beauty contest the same year.
She served as hostess for President Duterte in several state occasions.
