Horst Teltschik


Horst Teltschik - university teacher and manager from Germany. He was born on June 14, 1940 in Kujavy. He graduated from the Freie Universität Berlin. He was awarded the Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Great Silver Medal of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria, the Bavarian Order of Merit, the Grand Gold Decoration of Styria, the Manfred Wörner Medal.
