Horst Waffenschmidt


Horst Waffenschmidt - jurist and lawyer from Germany. He was born on May 10, 1933 in Düsseldorf and died on May 7, 2002 in Wesseling. He graduated from the University of Bonn. He was awarded the Honorary citizen of Timișoara, the Knight Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
