Hudson Pacific Properties is a real estate investment trust that owns 14.9 million square feet of primarily office buildings on the West Coast of the United States and Vancouver. It is organized in Maryland and headquartered in Los Angeles.
As of December 31, 2019, the 2 largest tenants of the company were Alphabet Inc. and Netflix, which together accounted for 15.2% of revenues.
The Glaser-Kochavi family is a major shareholder and has seats on the board of directors.

History

The company was formed in 2009 by Victor J. Coleman.
On June 29, 2010, the company became a public company via an initial public offering.
In December 2014, the company acquired 26 properties from The Blackstone Group's EQ Office for $3.5 billion.
In January 2019, the company announced the redevelopment of Westside Pavilion into an office building to be leased to Alphabet Inc.
In March 2019, the company formed a joint venture with The Blackstone Group to invest in Vancouver.
