Ilona Róka


Ilona Róka is a former Hungarian long track speed skater, who was active in the 1950s and early 1960s.
Róka represented her nation three times at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women and was together with Mária Gurovits and Ágnes Kovács in 1956 the first Hungarian women who participated at the world championships. She competed in 1956, finishing 20th, in 1959, finishing 20th and in 1960, finishing 25th overall. She also competed at other international competitions.
Between 1953 and 1960 she competed nine times at national championships, and won the championships in 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959 and 1960
