Immaculate Conception Cathedral, Thessaloniki
The Immaculate Conception Cathedral is a Roman Catholic church located in the Frangon street in the city of Thessaloniki, in northern Greece.
The temple follows the Roman or Latin rite and functions as the main Church of the Apostolic Vicariate of Thessaloniki, which was created in 1926 by Pope Pius XI by the apostolic brief "In sublimi Principis".
The structure was completed in 1902 designed by Vitaliano Poselli. The Masses are celebrated in Greek and English. Sundays at 8:00 am and 10:00 am are offered in Greek and English at 7:00.
In the city there is also a Catholic cemetery in Ampelokipoi.
