Indira Paryavaran Bhawan


Paryavaran Bhawan, newly constructed in New Delhi, is India’s first on site net zero building. Features include a passive solar building design. The project, started in 2011, was inaugurated on 25 February 2014. The building is expected to qualify as a five-star GRIHA and a LEED India Platinum by Indian Green Building Council, rating. The building has its own solar power plant, sewage treatment facility, Fully Automatic Robotic Multi-level Car Parking system facility & Puzzle parking facility and geothermal heat exchange system.
