Into the Light (Gloria Estefan album) Into the Light is a concept album , the second studio solo album released by American singer Gloria Estefan , but is the 14th overall, released in 1991.Background After the hit album Cuts Both Ways , and the near-tragic accident for Estefan during the "Get on Your Feet Tour", she portrayed her emotion on Into the Light . The theme of the album was bouncing back from the darkness of disaster, hence the album's title.
