Jakob Hegner


Jakob Hegner - Austrian translator, printer and publisher. He was born on February 25, 1882 in Vienna and died on September 24, 1962 in Lugano. He was awarded the Johann-Heinrich-Voß-Preis für Übersetzung, the Great Silver Medal of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria, the Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
