James C. Spencer


James C. Spencer - Member of the Texas House of Representatives. He was born on May 11, 1914 in Athens and died on December 25, 2009 in Lubbock. He graduated from the Georgetown University, the Texas Tech University. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.
