Jamesan, California
Jamesan is an unincorporated community in Fresno County, California. It is located on the Southern Pacific Railroad, west of Kerman, at an elevation of 177 feet.
Jamison post office opened in 1893, its name was changed to Jameson in 1911, and it closed in 1912. The name honors J.G. James, its first postmaster.
