Jamie Moses (politician)


Jamie Moses is a Canadian politician and the New Democratic Party of Manitoba member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba for St. Vital. Alongside Uzoma Asagwara and Audrey Gordon, he was one of the first three Black Canadian MLAs elected in the 2019 Manitoba general election.
Moses defeated Progressive Conservative MLA and minister Colleen Mayer, in a rematch of the 2016 contest, for the seat.
