Jan Safarewicz


Jan Safarewicz - linguist and classical philologist from Poland. He was born on February 8, 1904 in Daugavpils and died on April 9, 1992 in Kraków. He graduated from the Stephen Báthory University. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, the Medal of the National Education Commission.
