Jean-Dominique Merchet
Jean-Dominique Merchet is a French journalist working for Marianne. He specialises in military topics.Biography
Merchet joined Libération in the 90s, where he works on Defence topics. Since July 2007, he has publish a professional blog, . He left Libération after the summer of 2010 and joined Marianne.
He is an auditor at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale.
Merchet notably authored a biography of Caroline Aigle, the first French female fighter pilote, and Mourir pour l'Afghanistan, a book on the Afghanistan War.Works
