Jean-Odéo Demars
Jean-Odéo Demars was an 18th-century French organist and harpsichordist.
Little is known about him except that he was organist of the Vannes Cathedral in 1735, the year of the publication of his Premier livre de clavecin. The latter's cover tells us that he was nicknamed "the cadet", which may suggest another musician among his brothers. He was the father of musician Hélène-Louise Demars.
