Jean-Paul Bolufer


Jean-Paul Bolufer - official and politician from France. He was born on November 5, 1946 in Algiers. He graduated from the École nationale d'administration, the Sciences Po, the Lycée Bugeaud. He was awarded the Officer of the National Order of Merit, the Knight of the Legion of Honour.
