Jean Flavigny


Jean Flavigny - military personnel from France. He was born on July 4, 1880 in Elbeuf and died on October 8, 1948 in Mesnil-Panneville. He graduated from the École Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr. He was awarded the Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour, the Croix de guerre 1914–1918.
