Jerry Paul Draayer
Jerry Paul Draayer from the Louisiana State University, was awarded the status of Fellow in the American Physical Society, after they were nominated by their Division of Nuclear Physics in 2000, for enhancing our understanding of collective phenomena in atomic nuclei through algebraic shell-model analyses, statistical spectroscopy studies of strength distributions, explorations involving pseudo-spin symmetry, and the application of nonlinear methods.
