Joël Giraud
Joël Giraud is a member of the National Assembly of France. He represents the Hautes-Alpes department, and is a member of La République En Marche! and former Secretary of the Economic Affairs Committee. He was elected on 16 June 2002, and re-elected on 17 June 2007, 17 June 2012 and in 2017.
