Joaquín Gutiérrez Cano - politician and diplomat from Spain. He was born on November 29, 1920 in Madrid and died on March 2, 2009. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Charles III, the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit, the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
