Jonathan Tulloch


Jonathan Tulloch is a British writer. The author of eight novels, he also writes a regular feature for The Times. He also contributes to ‘’The Tablet’’ its regular “Glimpses of Eden” column and other articles. His 2000 novel “The Season Ticket” was adapted into the film “Purely Belter”.

Tulloch has written eight books, some for adults and some for children. They are listed below:
Tulloch's books have received reviews, from "wholly absorbing" to "warm and moving". His most recent book, Mr McCool, was described as an "epic tale"
The Season Ticket won the Betty Trask Award.

Personal life

Jonathan was born in Cumbria, but has lived in Gateshead, Bagby, and Africa.
He has one brother, and is married with one child. He attended the University of York.
