José Melo de Oliveira


José Melo de Oliveira is a Brazilian politician and was governor of state of Amazonas, Brazil.
Graduated in economics from the Federal University of Amazonas in 1967, Melo began public life still at the university, where he served in various roles, among them those of the typist and director of the Department of Education and Sports.
