Fischer is an American politician and a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 68 since January 1999 .Education Fischer earned his BA from Holy Cross College and his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law .Policies Fischer is a supporter of the Tea Party movement .
