Julio Montes Taracena
Julio Montes Taracena of Guatemala served as a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement in Geneva, Switzerland from 1979 to 1985.
In 1977, Montes was awarded the 120th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting. He was also a recipient of the Silver World Award.Background
