Justin Harman


Justin Harman became Irish Ambassador to Spain in 2009, and was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ireland to the Russian Federation between 2003 and 2009.
He currently serves as the Irish ambassador to Argentina since September, 2014.
