Karin Franz Körlof


Karin Franz Körlof is a Swedish actress, playwright and director.

Biography

Karin is daughter of Anders Körlof and Anica Fransén and grandchild of the lawyer :sv:Voldmar Körlof|Voldmar Körlof. She grew up in the Ytterby area in Kungälv and came into contact with the acting when she at the age of 14 got one of the main roles in the anti-drug film Brandstegen. In 2002–05, she joined the line for theater and film production at Ale gymnasium. She then continued with a basic education in acting and theater science at Dundee and Angus College, The Space, in Scotland 2005–07, where she among others played in classics such as Shakespeare's As You Like It and Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest . She also appeared in the short film End of Patrick Bullet, recorded in Gothenburg. In 2009–10, she Theatre studies science at Stockholm University, followed by the actor education at Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2012–15.
