Karunarathna Divulgane
Karunarathna Divulgane is a singer and a classical musician in Sri Lanka. He served as the Governor of the North Central Province of Sri Lanka between 13 November 2006 and 27 January 2015. Divulgane attended the reopening of a broadcast tower with many other dignitaries in 2011.
