Katie George (cricketer)
Katie George is an English cricketer. She made her Women's Twenty20 International cricket debut for England Women against Australia Women on 23 March 2018 in the 2017–18 India women's Tri-Nation Series. Three days before her full international debut, she took a hat-trick in a warm-up match against India A Women.
She made her Women's One Day International cricket debut for England Women against New Zealand Women on 7 July 2018.
In February 2019, she was awarded a rookie contract by the England and Wales Cricket Board for 2019. On 18 June 2020, George was named in a squad of 24 players to begin training ahead of international women's fixtures starting in England following the COVID-19 pandemic.
