Kedar Neupane


Kedar Prasad Neupane is a Nepalese politician. He is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Nepal.
In 1999 he was elected to the upper house of the Nepalese parliament.
Neupane is the number five candidate of CPN in the proportional representation list for the Constituent Assembly election.
