Kelliher Township is a township in Beltrami County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 150 as of the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of, of which is land and is water.
The city of Kelliher is entirely within this township geographically but is a separate entity.

As of the census of 2000, there were 150 people, 52 households, and 38 families residing in the township. The population density was 4.5 people per square mile. There were 58 housing units at an average density of 1.7/sq mi. The racial makeup of the township was 97.33% White, 2.00% Native American, and 0.67% from two or more races.
There were 52 households, out of which 32.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.6% were married couples living together, 3.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.9% were non-families. 23.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
