Kirk is a small village and census-designated place straddling County Road M on the southern edge of Yuma County, Colorado, United States, with a population as of the 2010 Census of 59.

It is home to a grain elevator, meat processing plant, bank, grocery, and the U.S. Post Office serving ZIP Code 80824.
The post office has been in operation since 1887, with an original place designation of Kim The community was established by A. Newkirk, and named for him.
