Koishiwara, Fukuoka
Koishiwara was a village located in Asakura District, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
The village gave its name to Koishiwara ware.
As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 1,193 and a density of 40.62 persons per km². The total area was 29.37 km².
On March 28, 2005, Koishiwara, along with the village of Hōshuyama, was merged to create the village of Tōhō.
