Kokapur, West Bengal


Kokapur is a census town in Barasat I CD Block of Barasat Sadar subdivision in North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is close to Kolkata and also a part of Kolkata Urban Agglomeration.

Geography

Kokapur, Chak Barbaria, Barbaria, Berunanpukuria and Jagannathpur form a loose cluster of villages and census towns along State Highway 2, close to Barasat.
Duttapukur police station has jurisdiction over Barasat I CD Block.
