photographed
from the air by the
Third German Antarctic Expedition
.
The peak
was mapped by
Norwegian
cartographers
from
surveys
and air
photos
by the
Norwegian–British–Swedish Antarctic Expedition
and air photos by the Norwegian
expedition
and named Kvithø.
