diameter
and high,
lying in
the
entrance
to
Ryder Bay
along the
southeast
side
of
Adelaide Island
,
Antarctica
. It was
discovered
and named by the
French Antarctic Expedition, 1908–10
, under
Jean-Baptiste Charcot
.
