Laco Novomeský
Laco Novomeský - Czechoslovak member of Slovak National Council, member of Czechoslovak national parliament, poet, publicist and slovak nation politician. He was born on December 27, 1904 in Budapest and died on September 4, 1976 in Bratislava. He was awarded the Národní umělec, the Order of the Victorious February, the Order of Klement Gottwald, the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Republic (Czechoslovakia), the Hero of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
