Lagavulin


Lagavulin is a small village approximately outside Port Ellen on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. The village is within the parish of Kildalton, and is situated on the A846 road.
It is best known for being the home of Lagavulin single malt whisky.

In popular culture

Lagavulin features in the sixth and seventh series of Parks and Recreation.
According to Ron Swanson, Lagavulin is his favourite drink.
Lagavulin is also the name of an enemy in the computer game Slay the Spire.
Hard rock band Honeymoon Suite recorded an eponymous song on their 2001 album Lemon Tongue
