Langford is a town in Marshall County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 313 at the 2010 census.
Langford was laid out in 1886, and named in honor of Sam Langford, the original owner of the town site.

As of the census of 2010, there were 313 people, 146 households, and 83 families residing in the town. The population density was. There were 164 housing units at an average density of. The racial makeup of the town was 96.5% White, 2.9% Native American, 0.3% Asian, and 0.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.6% of the population.
There were 146 households, of which 23.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.2% were married couples living together, 7.5% had a female householder with no husband present, 4.1% had a male householder with no wife present, and 43.2% were non-families. 39.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 21.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
