Lee Jun-young (entertainer)


Lee Jun-young, also known as Jun, is a South Korean singer, rapper, and actor. In June 2014, He debuted as a new member of U-KISS. In October 2017, He joined survival program, which he finished in first place and became a member of the project group UNB.
Apart from his group's activities, he has participated in various television dramas, notably Avengers Social Club, marking his career breakthrough, and Goodbye to Goodbye, Class of Lies, and Good Casting.

Career

2014: Career beginnings

On May 15, 2014, NH Media announced, via U-KISS' official Korean website, new member Jun to the public. On June 2, 2014 Jun made his first debut with U-KISS and they released the 9th mini album 'Mono Scandal' along with the 19+ rated MV 'Quit Playing' which became a title track.

2017–present: Acting roles and UNB

In 2017, he made a successful debut as an actor in the television series Avengers Social Club.
On October 28, 2017, Jun joined survival program and passed with a superboot. He made it to the final Top 9 and was voted number 1. He was promoting with UNB, which consists of finalists from the show, which debuted on April 7, 2018 until January 27 2019.
In May 2018, he made his second acting appearance as Han Min-soo in the MBC television series Goodbye to Goodbye.
In 2019, he made his third acting appearance as Yoo Beom-jin in the OCN television series Class of Lies as a top student who is a genius and perfectionist.
In February 2020, he wrapped up filming as Kang Woo-won in the SBS television series Good Casting which was entirely pre-produced.
