Lera Loeb
Lera Loeb née Valeriya Sorokina is a Ukrainian-born writer, producer and film maker.
Originally from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, Loeb married American music producer Steve Loeb. She is now based in New York City. Loeb's writings have won praises from Elle magazine.
She revealed in 2009 that she was what is commonly known as a mail-order bride. Loeb's public case as such brought analysis of pre-conceived notions and social attitudes in the United States of the circumstances of mail-order brides.
