National

Education and Civilian Radios are non commercial radios with free access to the medium radio for training media competences.
Liberal radio is non commercial and part of private radio for groups, local bands, civilian initiatives and single persons with access to the medium radio. One of the main target of "Liberal radio" is to create a public opposition.
