The London and North Western Railway operated a number of ships on Irish Sea crossings between Holyhead and Dublin, Howth or Kingstown.

Further rebuild in 1892 as a screw-propelled ship. Sold for scrap in 1912 but resold to Belgian owner. Seized by Belgian Government in 1913 on suspicion of gun running. Scrapped in 1914.
