List of artists by number of UK Singles Chart number ones
This is a list of artists and the titles of their number-one singles in order of total number-one singles in the UK Singles Chart since it began in 1952. To qualify for entry on the list, they must have been individually credited as an artist on four or more number one singles, as recognised by the Official Charts Company. Simply playing or singing on a single is not counted, so, for example Clem Cattini, a prolific session musician who has played on over 40 number ones, is not included.
